Iota Eta Pi Initiation - Rules and Information
You are just one step from full Sisterhood in
A ceremony where a new member becomes a full member of the organization. Initiation ceremonies are private and different for all organizations.
"The secrecy of fraternity and sorority rituals has created tremendous interest throughout Greek history. This mysteriousness of these societies has led to many rumors and guesses regarding just exactly what goes on when the Greeks close the doors and initiate new members....
"For many Greeks, initiation is one of the highlights of their Greek experience. It involves the entire chapter and is conducted in a dignified and formal manner. There are usually props and special clothing worn by the initiating officers. The rest of the chapter dresses is a specific color or attire....
"Fraternity and sorority members greatly value their organization's secrets and find great pleasure in introducing new members to them...."

1) You must obey every rule.
2) You must obey every current I-Ate-a-Pie Sister, unless her order contradicts or is countermanded by the Chapter President or the House Mother.
3) You must obey the Chapter President, unless her order contradicts or is countermanded by or the House Mother.
4) You must obey the House Mother.
5) You may not start a new thread; i.e., you may not use the "Post a new Topic" function. When your Pledge Thread satisfies us that you're ready to become our I-Ate-a-Pie Sister, then we'll close your Pledge Thread, and start your Initiation Ritual.
Once your Initiation Ritual is complete, you will be our Sister, with all the privileges attendant thereto. At that point, you will be given your own room at the Iota Eta Pi House, and have an opportunity to help Rush, Pledge, and Initiate new girls into our Sapphic Sorority.
"A girl would do ANYTHING for a chance to pledge Iota Eta Pi."
