Clearing the Decks; too nautical.

Red Bottom Brigade; too political.

Grin and Bare It; too cliched.

Spanks, Lies and Duct Tape; too naff and not particularly pleasant.

But why the Callipygian Connoisseurs Club? Well it touches upon the correct area for one. Also I like to think it sets the right tone for what I'm hoping to achieve here. I have lofty and ridiculously unattainable ambitions. Failure is therefore guaranteed only its style is undecided. I'm going for heroic, graceful and somewhat moronic.

The aim of this group therefore is to carve out a space for the more urbane, witty and refined members of the worldwide spanking community. Though if you happen to be a rough cut halfwit with all the innate charm of a backward clam feel free to join as well. Bums on seats are after all bums on seats and they may have the added attraction of being glowingly red.

As for content well here I have to be very strict. Only the most exciting, revealing and insightful reminiscences, comments, discussions and sizzling hot fiction will be accepted. This shall be a high class emporium to the well smacked bottom containing the best and brightest in corporal chastisement. Whether it is gentlemen spanking their ladies; chaps bending for their girls; girls tanning girls; or even an all male affair the guiding principle is the same - quality. Though I imagine the hackneyed, crass and blatantly dull will also feature pretty consistently.

I will now beg you to try and ignore those nagging suspicions that this exclusively inclusive club is probably just a desperate attempt by someone English upstart to attract attention to his rather scanty profile.

Finally anyone joining and posting (regardless of sex or role) will automatically be entitled to tea and cake at my expense in the fair city of Edinburgh, Scotland. Time and location negotiable.
