Chateau au Clair de Lune

As you emerge from the woods, you find a winding stone path to the top of the hill. The sky seems to darken as you near the large castle at the end of the path, clouds forming over your head. Lightning crashes as your hand touches the handle of the large, ornate wooden door with iron hardware, and thunder rumbles around you. You realize that the sky has clouded, and look up, to see the clouds part to reveal the full moon. The light from the moon shines on the castle, revealing its tall stone walls and towers in all their glory, as a wolf howls in the distance. --------- The door creaks as you push it open. It's heavy at first, but then seems to swing freely until you walk past it and it slams shut. There's a chill in the air as you look around at the lavish decorations, the staircase.. Even the fireplace seems cold. -------------------------- Vampires, otherkin, nekos. Magic. All that fun stuff is here. |
