In another post user "prpackaged" have a interesting idea to push sewing needless straight down into the nipple. He probable meant this for female, I'm not one but I have to try anyway.
Thank you "prpackaged" for this. It took me surprisingly long time to stick the needle full length into the nipple, the resistance realy strong. I even hit and scratch my rib with the needle point when I tried to twist it. The sensation as needle and its point moved deep into my breast really intense. I really must repeat this one some time, Again thank you prpackaged for an very nice idea, it worth it.

Hard to describe. In tried both nipples and the resistance was great, like if you want to push needle to hard rubber (like automobile tire, that's they was bend). Surprisingly not much pain when the needle goes in, twisting them in was more paintfull but also provide interesting sensation. Most uncomfortable was pulling it out.
I newer done it before and I was surprised with the results.

Using a bottle cork as a backing may help. Also using needle nosed pliers or hemostats would put you closer to the entry point and allow the needle to slide in easier.

i personally i prefer clamps. Needles are not has intense
