Mi persona ideal:
Please note that I am describing my "ideal person" and am not listing criteria that must be met. I'm just trying to give people an idea of the kind of men I particularly like. Mr. Theoretical Ideal is between 30 and 48 years old, an intriguing conversationalist, well educated (self-educated counts, though I am overly impressed by a Ph.D.), interested in going to sex clubs, into sex in public, a fellow Marxist, an atheist, a physicist with the patience to explain quantum mechanics to a layperson, social but not necessarily extroverted, passionate about social justice, a history buff, a karaoke fan, a bookworm, someone willing to dance even if he, like myself, is not very good at dancing, a Trekkie, and an extraordinary wit. He's in shape, has all of his hair, has either no facial hair or very little, and he dresses well. As I said, these are not criteria that must be met. I do have some criteria. I am only interested in men who enjoy intelligent conversation, hold liberal political views, are single (I don't help men cheat), are STD-free, are in or nearly in the aforementioned age range, are well-educated, are not anti-biomedicine, and are either atheists, agnostics, or barely religious and wouldn't dream of trying to convert others to their religion. Also, I love hardcore S&M, being a sub, and rough sex so long as it leaves no permanent damage to my body and don't cause bruising or bleeding of my face, but violence must be in that context. I've never been hit in anger or out of an S&M context, and I won't tolerate it. I would go straight to the police and to my attorney if physically abused in a non-consentual way.
