PERSONAL PROGRESS:
I have changed plenty in my life, not only am I proud of who I was but more so who I have become, every day we learn how to better ourselves (most people do, some are lame and do not learn!), remember the lessons and forget the shit in-between (obviously remember all the good shit, only forget the bad shit and the bat-shit-crazy haha) I have chosen to stay single for the moment, until I have everything in order, Inc physically, mentally and within all of my life. This is my choice. I used to weigh 125kg, I am now 72-75kg, I am very active with cycling, an adv motorbike, frisbee, the wolf runs, rough runner and the Tough Mudder Full 2018. I am happy doing pole fitness, Aerial Hoop and just started silks. So if I don't look super toned on the outside, I assure you I am more than happy throwing my own body weight into the air frequently.. on the inside which counts, and you know it :-) regardless of a little skin here or there, ask any woman or man to lean forwards and see if you take a photo, body confidence effects us all, here though in my home, those who know me and have been here, are banished from hiding, this is a no judgement zone and it allows me and anyone else to be free and love your body, great for photos too!
